What collaboration are we looking for?
Sultech is seeking collaboration and support from partners that would benefit from adding a superior micronized elemental sulphur into their blend as a value-add – for both a plant nutrient and a soil amendment solution. We are also seeking interested partners for research and co-development of new products containing our micronized sulphur. Sultech is continuously growing our network and open to all opportunities that will provide access to new markets for our product line-up.
What solutions and opportunities are we offering?
Sultech is offering sample products for testing and research to potential partners, as well as assistance in co-developing sulphur value-add solutions. We believe in connecting and sharing our knowledge base with partners, aiding in their advancement. Sultech is also open to funding appropriate research and development to expand our reach into new markets and geographies.

October 2024 ADNOC Sulfur Challenge Final Event at ADIPEC 2024. We placed 2nd out of 147 companies and were featured in the award ceremony. As a result, we have been invited back to Abu Dhabi to present at MEScon, a sulphur conference organized by CRU and UniverSUL Consulting, with the event host, ADNOC.

What regulatory approvals are you currently seeking, or have already been achieved?
Other than the location in a “Heavy Industrial” designated area, no special permitting or inspection is required for the CDP facility. As the Molten Sulphur feedstock will be degassed molten sulphur, we do not require any emissions permitting or inspection. Molten Sulphur tanks and piping must have spill containment to prevent sulphur from entering the storm water or sewage systems.
Under the amended Fertilizers Regulation in force as of October 26, 2020, Sultech’s product line did not require a CFIA pre-market assessment prior to commencing sales in Canada.
Sultech’s products are Organic Materials Review Institute (“OMRI”) listed as allowed for use in compliance with the CFIA Canadian Organic Regime. SulGroTM Max is OMRI listed as allowed for use in compliance with the USDA National Organic Program
