Technologies Precision Farming

Green Growth turns farm machines into data sources. We retrofit any harvester, sprayer, or seeder — regardless of OEM or age — with our sensor-agnostic IoT kit and cloud platform, so growers get real-time yield maps, prescription maps, and input-application data on a phone or via API.

I started Green Growth in 2022 because up to half of the world’s harvesters still operate without yield sensors, which means farmers can’t measure what they actually produced, can’t run controlled experiments on rotations or fertilizer programs, and can’t close the precision-farming loop. We solve that with an “IKEA-style” install (load cells, CAN-bus or external device), automated data cleaning, and field-validated accuracy under 10% — already running on AVR, Dewulf, Holmer, Ropa, Grimme, Vervaet, and Spudnik potato harvesters across Europe, plus cereals and rice deployments in LATAM, the US, and Asia.

For the fertilizer industry specifically, what we offer is verified ground truth: high-resolution geospatial data on yields and on actual nutrient/input applications by field zone. That’s the missing layer for variable-rate nutrient programs, nutrient-use-efficiency studies, MRV-grade Scope 3 reporting, and field trials of new fertilizer or biostimulant products. We export to ShapeFile, John Deere, KML, GeoJSON, and offer an API.

Your IFA Innovation Platform Profile

What collaboration are we looking for?

We’re looking to partner with fertilizer producers, distributors, and crop-input companies who want verified, machine-level field data to back variable-rate nutrient programs, nutrient-use-efficiency studies, biostimulant/EEF field trials, and Scope 3 / MRV-grade carbon claims. Specifically: (1) co-development pilots where our retrofit kits sit on grower harvesters and sprayers in your channel, (2) data integrations with your agronomy or recommendation platforms, (3) access to grower networks (large agri holdings, cooperatives, retail) to scale deployment in EU and the Americas, and (4) strategic introductions to corporate venture arms as we close our seed round.

What solutions and opportunities are we offering?

What we bring to the table: (1) a sensor-agnostic, OEM-agnostic data layer — yield, application, and tracks data from any harvester, sprayer, or seeder, with field-validated accuracy under 10%; (2) high-resolution prescription maps with exports to ShapeFile, John Deere, KML, and GeoJSON; (3) a public API and ready integrations for partner platforms; (4) measured field-trial infrastructure for testing fertilizer, biostimulant, or seed products under controlled conditions, with documented yield outcomes; (5) a dealer footprint already live in 10+ countries across EU, the Americas, Africa, and Australia. We’re happy to co-brand pilots, share anonymized benchmark data, and build joint case studies on nutrient-use efficiency and carbon outcomes.

What is the IP status of your innovation(s)?

Proprietary hardware (sensor housings, retrofit load cells, in-cabin device) and software (firmware, cloud platform, AI-vision models). Trade-secret-based, with documentation, source control, and trademark on the Green Growth brand.

What regulatory approvals are you currently seeking, or have already been achieved?

Our hardware operates as data-acquisition retrofit equipment installed by the grower or contractor — no agronomic or chemical claims, so no product-registration regimes apply. CE marking and standard radio/EMC compliance for EU markets, FCC compliance for US deployments. Where partners need it, we support data-handling/MRV documentation aligned with emerging Scope 3 reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-style). Open to working with partners on jurisdiction-specific requirements as we expand.
