Youssef El Bari

Youssef El BARI was appointed in October 2024 as Chairman and CEO of OCP Nutricrops, a company of OCPgroup. He joined the group in 2009 and held several managerial positions, including Director of Strategy as well as Director of Industrial Innovation. He had a 7-year experience outside the group starting 2014, where he served in the Moroccan Administration, as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy until 2021. He was then appointed as Managing Director of the he Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development Moroccan Agency. In 2022, he joined back OCPgroup as CEO of INNOVX.

As a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and holder of a master’s degree in applied mathematics, he began his professional career in 2004 at Air Liquide. He has, among other things, managed industrial development projects and production activities.

Youssef El BARI is 47 years old. He is married and the father of three children.
