Affiliate Membership

Which institutions are entitled to apply for affiliate membership?
- International, regional and national not-for-profit associations of entities which are (or which are eligible to become) Ordinary Members.
- Not-for-profit governmental or inter-governmental organizations and private or public research institutes engaged in work recognized by the Board of Directors as beneficial to the objectives of the Association.
Subscription rates for affiliate members.
Membership is on a complimentary basis but IFA reserves the right to tailor its services to Affiliate members and can limit access to certain services in cases where they are not in a position to provide reciprocal services to IFA.
Conditions.
Applications are submitted twice a year to the General Meetings in May and in November/early December.
Withdrawal from membership:
- members of all classes may withdraw from membership at any time by giving three months’ notice in writing of their intention to do so and
- upon payment of all sums due to the Association.
