Paul-Tech OÜ

Paul-Tech delivers a decision support tool that uses our proprietary soil-station capable of providing real-time NO₃ (nitrate) readings directly from the soil. This unique technology integrates soil nutrient data with moisture, temperature, and other parameters to give farmers a complete picture of what’s happening beneath the surface.
By combining our technology with weather models, agronomic science, and AI-powered data analytics, we deliver actionable insights that turn this data into recommendations farmers can act on. This enables them to make precise, data-driven decisions about irrigation, fertilization, and crop management — helping them grow more with less. The result is improved yield, optimized input use, and more sustainable farming practices.
Your IFA Innovation Platform Profile
What collaboration are we looking for?
– Integration with fertilizer products and advisory services to deliver real-time, soil-based nutrient insights to farmers.
– to improve NUE on a global scale. Real-time NO3 data is the missing part to actually modify everyday decision related to nitrogen application
– Joint R&D to improve nitrate monitoring, nutrient modeling, and fertilizer efficiency.
– Partnerships for field validation and scaling, demonstrating how real-time soil data can optimize fertilizer performance and reduce environmental impact.
What solutions and opportunities are we offering?
– Data integration and insights — embedding Paul-Tech’s real-time soil data into fertilizer decision tools, digital platforms, or advisory systems.
– Joint field trials and validation — demonstrating nutrient efficiency and sustainability benefits of fertilizer products under real-world conditions.
– Collaborative R&D — co-developing data-driven solutions for precision fertilization and regenerative agriculture.
– Sustainability and communication support — providing verified impact data for ESG reporting and sustainable farming initiatives.

What is the IP status of your innovation(s)?
a) The technology has a “useful model” (a simplified patent) from Estonian Patent Office from 2011. Having advised the situation with IP advisors then this prevents from competitiors to prevent us using our technology if this situation might arise.
b) The main USP happens with our algorythms and the way we interpret the data from the device. This means that we are keeping all the beforementioned as a trade secret covered by confidentiality agreements.
