Kultura AG is a digital platform for improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of agricultural field trials for fertilizers, biostimulants, microbials, crop protection products, seeds, hybrids, and other crop input technologies.

A major challenge in field trials is that natural field heterogeneity often has a stronger impact on the final result than the product or technology being tested. Differences in soil properties, relief, water accumulation, historical productivity, field configuration, and machinery operations can distort trial outcomes and lead to incorrect agronomic or commercial conclusions.

Kultura AG helps agronomists, input producers, distributors, research teams, and farms design trials in a more objective and data-driven way. The platform analyzes field variability using productivity zones, terrain data, soil brightness, machinery tracks, field geometry, and other spatial layers to identify the most homogeneous and representative areas for testing.

For strip trials and on-farm demonstrations, Kultura AG helps place A/B comparisons in areas where treatment effects can be measured more fairly, reducing the risk that results are driven by natural field variability. For small-plot trials, the platform supports trial layout planning with replications, helping ensure that plots and repetitions are distributed across comparable field conditions.

After harvest, Kultura AG can also support trial evaluation by extracting results from raw machinery and yield data, comparing treatments, and improving the interpretation of product performance under real field conditions.

Our goal is to make field trials for plant nutrition and crop input innovation more accurate, scalable, and trusted — from practical on-farm strip trials to structured small-plot research.

Your IFA Innovation Platform Profile

What collaboration are we looking for?

We would value introductions to potential partners, customers, and research organizations within the IFA network who run or support agricultural field trials.

We are especially interested in collaboration with fertilizer, biostimulant, microbial, seed, and crop protection companies, as well as distributors, agronomic research teams, and large farming organizations. We are open to pilot projects, joint trial programs, and data partnerships focused on making field trial results more objective, scalable, and reliable.

We would also be glad to actively participate in IFA conferences, Innovation Hub activities, community discussions, and other initiatives where we can share our experience in field trial design and evaluation, learn from other members, and contribute to the broader plant nutrition innovation ecosystem.

What solutions and opportunities are we offering?

Kultura AG can support potential partners with data-driven field trial planning, execution, and evaluation for plant nutrition and crop input technologies.

We can help fertilizer, biostimulant, microbial, seed, and crop protection companies design more reliable strip trials, on-farm demonstrations, and small-plot trials by selecting more homogeneous field areas, improving trial layouts, and reducing the impact of field variability on trial results.

We can also support partners after harvest by extracting and analyzing trial results from raw machinery, yield, and spatial data, comparing treatments, and helping interpret product performance under real field conditions.

In addition, we are open to joint pilot projects, R&D collaborations, data partnerships, and participation in conferences, workshops, and community discussions where we can share our experience in field variability analysis, trial design, and digital agronomy.

Intellectual property & regulation

What is the IP status of your innovation(s)?

The intellectual property related to Kultura AG’s innovations, technology, software, analytical methods, and product developments has been transferred to and is owned by Kultura AG Sp. z o.o.

The company owns the rights to its core platform, algorithms, workflows, and related know-how used for field trial planning, spatial analysis, trial layout optimization, and post-harvest evaluation.

At this stage, the IP is primarily protected as company-owned software, proprietary methods, know-how, and trade secrets.

What regulatory approvals are you currently seeking, or have already been achieved?

Kultura AG is a software and data analytics platform, not a producer or seller of regulated agricultural inputs. Therefore, no specific product regulatory approvals are currently required for our core technology.

Where relevant, product-related regulatory approvals remain under the responsibility of our partners.
