Hyperplan is a French agri-foodtech SaaS company providing field-level crop intelligence from satellite imagery and AI to power precision go-to-market for the plant nutrition industry.

Our platform ingests Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 satellite data, weather, and soil information to deliver weekly crop classification, rotation history, vegetation monitoring (NDVI), and yield estimates at field resolution – across 20+ countries.

By integrating this agronomic intelligence with our clients’ commercial data (CRM, sales, distribution), we enable marketing and commercial teams to size their nutrient markets precisely, steer their field forces to the right territories, and capture in-season growth opportunities.

Founded in 2021, Hyperplan is trusted by global agri-input companies – including the four largest agrochemical corporations – to drive commercial excellence across seeds and crop protection. We are now expanding this proven methodology to the crop nutrition and fertilizer sector, where the same field-level visibility is critical to support the industry’s transition from commodity sales toward precision, value-added nutrient application.

Hyperplan’s technology directly supports the 4R framework (Right Source, Right Rate, Right Time, Right Place) at the commercial level – by ensuring fertilizer companies know what’s planted where, in real time, so they can target the right nutrient products to the right geographies.

What collaboration are we looking for?

We are seeking design partners among IFA members  fertilizer producers, distributors, and crop nutrition companies  to co-develop and validate fertilizer-specific use cases. We bring proven technology deployed at scale across 20+ countries and a track record of measurable commercial impact with the world’s largest agri-input companies. We are looking for industry partners who want to embed field-level crop intelligence into their commercial operations to accelerate the shift from commodity nutrient sales toward precision, data-driven go-to-market.

What solutions and opportunities are we offering?

Hyperplan enables fertilizer and crop nutrition companies to:

  1. Size nutrient markets at territory level  Combine crop acreage × soil type × nutrient consumption benchmarks to generate precise, territory-level market potential for each product line (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, specialty, biostimulants). Updated weekly, not annually.
  2. Steer commercial teams at scale  Map field agent territories against actual crop potential. Track coverage rates, penetration, and conversion. Identify high-potential farms that are not yet visited. Applicable to organizations with hundreds or thousands of field agents operating across multiple countries.
  3. Detect in-season nutrient demand signals  Use vegetation monitoring and crop rotation tracking to identify where crops are underperforming, where re-sowing opens new product windows, and where regulatory constraints (vulnerable zones, nitrogen application limits) create demand for premium, high-efficiency nutrient solutions.
  4. Support regulatory compliance mapping  Overlay environmental constraints (Nitrates Directive zones, water protection perimeters, Natura 2000 areas) with crop acreage to help commercial teams position value-added products where regulatory pressure makes precision nutrient management essential.
