FLOC Ammonia Solutions
Our patented technology recovers Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium from animal dejection and valorise them as inorganic fertilizer (Ammonium sulphate plus PK).
In detail:
We produce hardware equipment based on a patented membrane technology that recovers NPK from manure.
This recovery is made as Ammonium Sulphate, enriched with Phosphorus and Potassium.
This process is done thanks to the acid extracting solution that attracts NPK through the membrane. The membrane allows passing through monovalent anions and cations.
The result of our system is to produce inorganic fertilizer from organic origin.
Our innovative technology does not need energy for the process.
We are now running a pilot plant in Lleida (Catalonia) in the Centre d’Estudis Porcins (CEP).
Your IFA Innovation Platform Profile
What collaboration are we looking for?
We are looking for partnership with fertilizer companies interested in building a pilot plant. This plant will be the test for a new Distributed Production System where intensive livestock farms will become the new suppliers of NPK substituting mineral mining or existing Ammonium industrial production.
What solutions and opportunities are we offering?
We have the technology and the capability to build the plant, based of the results in the Barcelona University and the pilot plant in Lleida (Centre d’Estudis Porcins – CEP).
