Commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) software for bulk fertilizer. We have three complimentary technologies: TradeTech for primary contracts for physical delivery and dispute settlement; LogTech for tracking ships, trains and trucks (the latter by GPS) as well as trade documentation; and FinTech, a licensed PayFac for international settlement via a regulated trust account, with direct lending and trade financing in development. The business currently serves buyers in the Canadian market only and sellers in N. America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. It will soon expand to buyers in Oceania, and is planning its rollout to the USA and Europe as well. Sellers call us AliBaba for fertilizer, buyers call us Uber for fertilizer, but we’re just a little tech company with visions of an efficient global market.
