Julian Palliam

Mr. Julian Palliam is the President  and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of  Foskor since 2022. 

He is a seasoned executive, having worked for Metso as the Administrative Managing Director before joining Foskor as the Chief Financial Officer. He was previously employed by ABB South Africa both the senior management and executive levels in the finance and operations. Mr. Palliam has also worked across the globe and has been involved in numerous merger and acquisitions transactions as well business reorganisations programs. His speciality over the years has been linked closely with business turnarounds and optimization.

Mr. Palliam completed his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Natal, Bachelor of Commerce (BCompt) Honours from UNISA, and served his articles with Deloitte where he completed his Chartered Accounting qualification, (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, South Africa). He also holds various awards and accolades including being nominated for CFO the year and a top charted accountant under 35.
