Powdered or Granular MAP and DAP via Pipe Reactor

The ERT-ESPINDESA pipe reactor achieves the reaction of phosphoric acid and ammonia to make MAP or DAP in a single piece of equipment. Acids from different sources have been used in the manufacture of both MAP or DAP. Even Florida sludge acid has been tested with good results. The last development is powdered DAP which can economically substitute to the powdered MAP as an intermediate to the manufacture of NPK fertilizer.
