Industry as a Partner for Sustainable Development: Fertilizer

This report is the first attempt of its kind to look at the contribution of the fertilizer industry to sustainable development, and to consider the challenges that face the industry as regards sustainability. Material from across the globe was reviewed, and numerous organizations provided information. This report discusses the contributions of the fertilizer industry and considers the industry’s challenges that arise from the sustainability agenda. Case studies are shown to highlight good practices and draw attention to dilemmas.
