Airovation Technologies

AIROVATION develops an advanced industrial process that converts phosphogypsum and direct industrial flue gas emissions into valuable circular products while capturing CO₂ from industrial sources such as ammonia and hydrogen plants. The technology enables the simultaneous production of multiple outputs, including calcium carbonate, ammonium sulfate, and sulfuric acid, transforming industrial waste streams into high-value materials.
By integrating carbon capture with resource recovery, AIROVATION reduces emissions, improves process efficiency, and supports the economic viability of low-carbon hydrogen and blue ammonia production, enabling broader industrial adoption at scale.
Your IFA Innovation Platform Profile
What collaboration are we looking for?
AIROVATION is currently advancing toward a semi-commercial demonstration unit at ICL facilities in collaboration with regional natural gas producers, including NewMed Energy. The company is also progressing a second semi-commercial deployment in Belgium, alongside a pilot facility in Austin, Texas, integrated into a hydrogen production R&D environment.
Within the IFA ecosystem, we are seeking strategic industrial partners, fertilizer producers, and hydrogen/ammonia value chain players to support scale-up, offtake integration, and further deployment of our carbon utilization and mineral recovery technology platform.
What solutions and opportunities are we offering?
AIROVATION provides a breakthrough industrial platform that converts emissions and negative-value waste streams into high-value circular products, enabling fertilizer and chemical producers to simultaneously decarbonize operations and create new revenue streams.
Our integrated process captures CO₂ and utilizes phosphogypsum and industrial off-gases to produce multiple commercially valuable outputs, including calcium carbonate, ammonium sulfate, and sulfuric acid. This creates a unique opportunity to reduce production costs, improve regulatory compliance, and strengthen ESG performance.
We enable partners to unlock new value chains in low-carbon fertilizers, blue ammonia, and hydrogen production by making carbon capture and industrial symbiosis economically viable at scale.
