Tip O’Neill

Tip is the CEO of International Raw Materials Ltd. Based in Philadelphia, IRM is an international marketing company specializing in the wholesale distribution of climate smart fertilizers and industrial chemicals.

He currently serves on the Board of the International Fertilizer Association with a focus on UN Outreach.

Tip also serves on the Board Executive Committee of the International Fertilizer Development Center. He is a past Chair of the Fertilizer Industry Round Table and has also served on the Executive Committee of the Agricultural Retailers Association, and on the Boards of The Fertilizer Institute, Fertilizer Canada and the International Plant Nutrition Institute. He has served as an independent director and audit chair for OCI Resources (OCIR.NYSE), and Columbian Chemicals Company.

Tip is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has also attended Wharton’s Advanced Management Program and its Directors Consortium.

His nonprofit career has focused on educational and social service organizations. He currently serves as Board Chair for Joseph's House of Camden, a non-profit dedicated to caring for the homeless.
