Rahmad Pribadi

Rahmad Pribadi is the Chief Executive Officer of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), one of the world’s leading fertilizer producers. He has served on the Board of the International Fertilizer Association (IFA) since 2023 and currently serves as Chair of IFA’s Sustainability Committee. He is also Chairman of ASEAN Fertilizers, strengthening collaboration across the region’s fertilizer industry.

Rahmad brings extensive executive leadership experience across the fertilizer and industrial sectors. Prior to leading Pupuk Indonesia, he served as CEO of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (Persero), PT Petrokimia Gresik (Persero), and PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. He has also held leadership roles in industry and academic institutions, including the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and Gadjah Mada University.

Rahmad holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
