Elad Aharonson

Elad Aharonson has been serving as ICL’s President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2025.

Before taking on this role, he was President of ICL’s Growing Solutions business from April 2021 to April 2025, during which time ICL became a leader in specialty plant nutrition solutions.

Before joining ICL, Elad spent approximately 16 years at Elbit Systems Ltd., holding various senior management positions, including Executive Vice President and General Manager of the ISTAR Division, and Executive Vice President and General Manager of the UAS Division. In these roles, he led both divisions to significant growth in local and international markets.

Elad holds a LLB and a BBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
