Gordon He

何光亮，男，苗族，1965年12月出生，籍贯贵州思南，1985年8月参加工作，1997年4月加入中国共产党，工商管理专业硕士研究生毕业，高级经济师。

1985年~1991年7月，贵州思南一中、二中老师；1991年8月起，历任瓮福矿肥基地工程建设指挥部翻译室主任、外事办主任、董事会秘书长，瓮福（集团）有限责任公司副总经理、总经理、党委副书记、董事长、党委书记，贵州开磷控股（集团）有限责任公司董事长、党委书记；2019年6月至今，任贵州磷化（集团）有限责任公司党委书记、董事长。

第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，中国共产党贵州省第十一届委员会委员，第十三届委员会委员。

He Guangliang, male, Miao ethnicity, was born in December 1965 in Sinan County, Guizhou Province. He started career in August 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China in April, 1997. He is a senior economist with a master's degree in Business Administration.

From August 1985 to July 1991, He was teacher of No.1 & No. 2 Middle School of Sinan County, Guizhou Province; since August 1991, he had held various positions, including Director of the Translation Office, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Wengfu Mine & Fertilizer Base Construction Headquarters; Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Board Chairman, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Wengfu Group; Board Chairman and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Guizhou Kailin Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. Since June 2019, he has served as Secretary of the CPC Committee and Board Chairman of Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group.

Moreover, he is now a representative of the 13th National People's Congress, and a member of the 11th and 13th CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.
