Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd is 2017 IFA Green Leaf Award Winner
Every two years, IFA recognizes SHE excellence in the membership with its prestigious Green Leaf Award. In 2017, an in-depth review of numerous applications by an independent jury concluded that the indian ammonia and urea production of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd came out first.
The first and second runners-up were Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd (Pakistan) and Shriram Fertilisers and Chemicals (India) respectively. A special recognition included a Green Leaf Best Progression Award for Engro Fertilizers Limited (Pakistan) to acknowledge significant SHE improvement in fertilizer production between 2015 and 2017.
