This discussion paper explores the potential for
micronutrient fertilization to improve crop yields and to be used as a public
health measure to reduce certain human micronutrient deficiencies. The IFA
Agriculture Committee developed this brief to help the industry better
understand the role of micronutrients in the wider context of nutrition
security.
