IFA respects your privacy and will not share any personal information that you submit to us with any organization unless explicit notice is given. Your information is completely private and will only be shared internally with the person(s) responsible for handling your request or publication order.

Information submitted by event organizers for the calendar page will be published in that context. Details submitted are screened for relevance and completeness. IFA reserves the right not to publish information on either grounds. IFA cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third parties for the calendar.

Periodically, our operations and working practices are reviewed to ensure high levels of data protection. In general, our working practices limit employee access to confidential information and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons.

We may provide aggregate information about our web site visitors and related web site information to our members and relevant service providers, but this information will not include personally identifying data.
