IFA runs a series of cross-cutting initiatives that do not fall under a specific committee .

The objectives are to:

• have a coordinated action on a specific region or topic;
• create a network among partners in a region;
• strengthen links with regional industry;
• inform about the association's work; and
• disseminate our work in the region.

1 - Farming First

IFA is one of the co-founders of this international public campaign in favor of sustainable agriculture. Farming First is also a coalition of a number of organizations representing the world's farmers, scientists, engineers and agricultural businesses.
