2009 IFA Communicators' Workshop

The workshop brought together communications expert (companies and associations) to discuss the communications challenges for the fertilizer industry.
The objectives were to:
- get insights in innovative communications tools,
- create a community of practice among specialists,
- develop aspects of an industry-wide strategy.
One of the main activities of the workshop was to identify key issues and develop messages. The workshop was structured in two parts: sharing of case-studies on priority issues, mapping of key messages. It was moderated by an external communications specialist.
