Council

Under the leadership of the President, the Council defines the policy and orientation of the Association and decides on its budget and subscription rates. Every country where IFA has ordinary members is represented by at least one delegate; the other members designate their Council representatives by category.

Executive Management Group

The Executive Management Group supervises the operations of the Secretariat in line with goals set by the Council. The EMG is composed of the President, the Immediate Past President, the Senior Vice President, the Vice President for Sustainable Development, the Vice President/Member of the EMG, the Chairman of the Finance Committee and the Director General (ex officio).

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is composed of the Executive Management Group (EMG), Vice Presidents representing world regions and Chairmen of the General Standing Committees. The Executive Committee discusses the issues facing the industry and is responsible for ensuring that the General Standing Committees' work achieves the goals set by the Council.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee supervises the Association's funds and prepares the annual budget for approval by the Council.
